The purchase of my 09 F800ST was smooth thanks to not only Bryan but everyone in Parts and Service that prepped my bike with my accessories the same day. "Having owned previous motorcycles all of which names start with "H" I wanted to finally purchase a BMW (used) mostly for its engineering and longevity. I had searched private sales, craigslist, and various dealers for a couple of months. Walking into S.F. BMW, Brian (Sales) introduced himself and was extremely helpful, but they did not have the model I thought I wanted (RT) but he showed me a K1200RS with which I was not familiar. After a lengthy conversation with Larry (Manager)who explained the different models along with their strengths and weaknesses I started to consider this machine. Living in the Central Coast area (with NO BMW dealer) getting to S.F. is not a quick trip. But after the completely unbiased information that Larry and Brian had given me I decided to purchase the bike days later. The purchase was done long distance and they both made everything extremely easy. The price we agreed on was the same or better than I had found with any private party and I had the comfort of knowing that the bike had been totally gone through, ready to ride and a dealership that would stand behind the sale. I would highly recommend this dealership for any purchase of a new or used machine. I would recommend going to just talk with them about BMW's if you are interested but are not familiar with the various models, like I was. Lastly, I was impressed with Brian's follow up to see how I liked the bike and if I had any concerns. If I ever need any sericing done while in the Bay Area I will go back to S.F. BMW. If I purchase a new BMW the same will hold true because they have my trust."
